Over the course of three weeks, participants in this international event will be guided through a series of learning experiences centered on compassion. This carefully designed program offers engaging short videos and brief guided meditations, with accompanying daily tasks and personal journaling. This experience will serve as an introduction to the Compassion Center’s long-standing program CBCT® (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training).
