Everyone is welcome to come to guided meditation each Thursday with Emory Buddhist Club, at 6pm in Cannon Chapel.

Meditation helps us relax and calm the mind. Reflecting inwardly also allows us to being to see things in an unbiased way as they really are and understand our realities. This way, we can face all of life's challenges with wisdom and compassion. Come check it out!

Who are our teachers? Emory Buddhist Club invites monks and nuns from around the community to lead meditation and talks -- each week is a different style, but in general, includes guided meditation practice, a short discussion, and tea and snack social. Suitable for beginners and people of any background or religion... You don't have to have any experience and you don't have to be Buddhist to come, everyone can benefit!
